The problem of insufficient pump capacity
Check the rotation direction of the pump.
Pump speed is much lower. Check and improve the speed.
The static suction head of the pump is increased. Check the height of liquid and system pressure.
Check the pipe and check valve for increased resistance loss.
Pump body and impeller have serious abrasion and they are need to replace or repair the impeller and wear ring.
Check the shaft seal and other parts for fluid leakage.
If pump impeller blocked, wear and other need to be cleaned or replaced.
