Advantage of submersible mud pump:

1. Compact structure and small floor area. Because the submersible sewage pump works under the liquid, it can be directly installed in the sewage tank. There is no need to build a special pump room to install pumps and machines, which can save a lot of land and infrastructure costs.           

2. Easy installation and maintenance. Small sewage pump can be installed freely, and large sewage pump is generally equipped with automatic coupling device for automatic installation, which is quite convenient for installation and maintenance.           

3. Long continuous operation time. Because the pump and the motor are coaxial, the shaft is short, and the rotating parts are light, the bearing load (radial) is relatively small, and the service life of the sewage pump is much longer than that of the general pump.           

4. There is no cavitation damage, irrigation and water diversion. Especially the latter point brings great convenience to the operators.

Matters needing attention           

(1) When the humidity sensor or temperature sensor gives an alarm, or the vibration and noise are abnormal when the pump body is running, or the output water pressure drops, and the electric energy consumption rises significantly, the submersible sewage pump shall be shut down for maintenance immediately.           

(2) When some submersible pumps with poor sealing are immersed in water for a long time, even if they are not used, the insulation value will gradually decrease, and they can not be put into use finally, and even the insulation will disappear within a short time than the continuous operation of the submersible sewage pump in water. Therefore, the submersible pump sometimes fails to play the role of standby in the water absorption pool. If conditions permit, it can be dry standby outside the pool. When a submersible pump fails in operation, stop the pump immediately and lift it up, and then put the standby pump down.           

(3) The submersible pump shall not be started and stopped too frequently, otherwise the service life of the submersible pump will be affected. When the submersible pump stops, the water in the pipeline will flow back. If it is restarted immediately, the load of the electric pump will be too heavy and bear unnecessary impact load. In addition, if the submersible pump is started and stopped too frequently, the parts with poor impact capacity will be damaged and the whole electric pump will be damaged.           

(4) After shutdown, the motor cannot be restarted until it is completely stopped.           

(5) The power supply must be cut off when checking the electric pump.           

(6) When the submersible pump is working, do not wash articles, swim or put livestock into the water nearby, so as to avoid electric shock when the electric pump leaks electricity
