How to repair the centrifugal multistage water pump
Unscrew the bolts on the bearing end cover on the discharge side and the connecting bolts between the water outlet section, tail cover and bearing body, and remove the bearing end cover, bearing body and other bearing components.
Unscrew the round nut on the shaft and remove the bearing inner ring, bearing gland and retaining ring in turn, then remove the packing, including the packing gland, packing ring, packing, etc.
After removing the O-ring seal, shaft sleeve, balance plate and key on the shaft in turn, remove the water outlet, final guide vane, balance ring sleeve, etc.
After removing the last stage impeller and key, remove the middle section and guide vane; according to this, remove the impeller of each stage, middle section and guide vane in sequence until the front stage impeller is removed;
After removing the pump coupling, unscrew the coupling nut of the water inlet section and the bearing body and the bolts on the bearing gland, and then remove the bearing part on the water inlet section side.
Pull out the shaft from the water inlet section, unscrew the fixing nut on the shaft, and remove the bearing inner ring, O-ring, shaft sleeve, etc.
