How to use the self-priming pump
Self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming ability. There is no need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline of the self-priming pump. Before working the self-priming sewage pump, it is only necessary to ensure that there is a certain amount of liquid in the pump body. The application range of self-priming pumps is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, dyes, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining washing, equipment cooling, etc.
If it is not used for a period of time, the accumulated water in the pump should be drained, the main components should be scrubbed, coated with anti-rust oil, and placed in a ventilated and dry place for use.
When in use, the motor should be kept dry, pay attention to the falling water level, and the bottom valve should not be exposed to the water surface. When the temperature is lower than 4℃, the anti-freezing work should be done to avoid freezing and cracking of the pump body.
Before the self-priming pump is used, the water storage tank should be filled with water. After tens of seconds of power on, the water will not automatically come out, and it will not need to be filled in the future.
