Features

● High strength cast iron pump construction with reinforced ribs for excellent high pressure strength and safety.

● 27% chrome white iron, rubber or urethane replaceable wear liner.

● 27% chrome white iron, rubber or urethane impeller.

● Sturdy cast iron, single piece bearing frame with only four through bolts for easy maintenance and adjustment.

● Impeller features pump out vanes as standard to prevent recirculation and extend seal life.(Can be removed on request.)

● External impeller adjustment mechanism provided below bearing housing for simple adjustment or impeller clearance.

● Heavy duty angular contact roller bearings in wet end and single row or double row deep groove roller bearings in drive end.

● Easy access maintenance by simply removing front pump casing.

● Regreasable or oil lubricated bearings.

● Large diameter shaft with minimal overhang for reduced shaft deflection.

● AS2129 standard table ”E” flanges. Optional drilling on request.

● High tensile 4140 mild steel shaft.

● Stainless steel 304 shaft sleeves as standard.

● Ceramic, 316 stainless steel, hardened steel shaft sleeves available on request.

● Expeller drive seal fitted as standard.

● Packed gland with product lubrication available. Optional external clean water flushing available.

● Pump can be fitted with 316 stainless steel or duplex mechanical seals with carbon/ceramic, ceramic/ceramic, tungsten/ceramic seal faces.

● Full interchangeable with most common slurry pump design.

● Pump discharge can be orientated in a variety of positions at 45 degree intervals.

● Can be coupled to electric motors, diesel engines or belt driven in “C” or “z” drive arrangement.
