How to eliminate the axial force of the submersible sewage pump
The submersible sewage pump generally adopts the symmetrical installation of the balance disc and the impeller. The single-stage pump generally has a balance hole on the impeller, and of course, the balance blade is installed on the impeller disc to balance the axial force.
Completely eliminating the axial force will also cause the rotor to be unstable during rotation, so when designing, 30% of the bearing will be designed to offset it, which is why the non-drive end bearings of high-lift submersible sewage pumps are usually angular contact bearing.
