How To Operate Diesel Engine Agricultural Irrigation Water Pump:

When preparing the first start of the diesel pump, check the installation of all equipment and start up according to the following requirements:

Oil is injected into the diesel engine and pump suspension from the fuel inlet and oil level is checked with dipstick to meet the required height

Add cooling water from the expansion tank to the diesel engine, the water level to 2 / 3 Expansion Tank Height is appropriate;

In the fuel tank into the diesel, the exhaust hand pump pressure, so that diesel through the filter into the machine;

Connect the inlet and outlet pipe of the pump and the gate valve, close the gate valve, the outlet pressure gauge and the vacuum pressure gauge of the outlet pipe;

To the pump and inlet pipe irrigation or vacuum water diversion, and empty the Internal Air;

Open the Outer Circulation Cooling Water Valve;

When the inlet valve is fully open and the outlet valve is closed, the water pump of the diesel engine is started. When the diesel engine reaches the normal speed, the valve on the outlet pipe is gradually opened and adjusted to the required working condition.
