2. using measuring tools to measure the tolerance of the key parts
3. measuring impeller seal ring, Shell Seal Ring, guide Vane Seal Ring, inter-stage bushings and other clearance is in the range of tolerance, if wear too large, they need to be replaced;
4. check whether the bearing is in good condition;

reassembling of centrifugal pump
1. first the rotor installed, re-dynamic Balance Test;
2. according to the reverse sequence of pump refilling parts, refilling attention to re-measure the gap value at the sealing ring, to ensure that there is no error;
3. installed balance Disk should be measured before the total rotor string;
4. install balance disc, measure rotor half string quantity
5. with the total string quantity and half string quantity required on the assembly drawing of the factory, should basically accord with the drawing requirement. Generally speaking, half-string quantity is about half of the total string quantity;
6. tighten each main bolt evenly, pay attention to the angle;
7. suck a dial indicator on the shaft, rotate the shaft to make the table, allow the difference according to the drawing requirements, generally not more than 0.06;
8. the installation of thrust bearing should pay attention to adjust the balance of the disk clearance, should be used in front of the adjustment ring to adjust the balance disk clearance to the drawing requirements.
