Routine maintenance of slurry pump ：
(1) Keep all parts clean and dry, free from oil and illegal leakage.
(2) Check whether the oil level in the bearing box is appropriate every day. The correct oil level is near the middle scale line of the oil window and should not exceed 2m.
(3) Check whether the pump is running abnormally. and vibration leakage, find problems and deal with them in time.
(4) It is forbidden to run the pump in the vacuum state, because the pump in the vacuum state not only vibrates violently, but also affects the life of the pump, so special attention must be paid.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to enter the metal objects and large solids that exceed the pump, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the rubber. Cotton, plastic cloth and other flexible materials, so as not to damage the flow-passing parts, block the channel of the ten-wheel, and make the water pump not work normally.
(6) Regularly check the leakage of the shaft seal operation. When the leakage increases, the packing gland bolts should be adjusted, and the packing should be replaced in time if necessary.
