Features of IS series electric water pump 

1. The IS type is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard ISO2858, and is mainly composed of the pump body, the pump cover, the impeller, the shaft, the seal ring, the shaft sleeve and the suspension bearing.

2. IS-type pump body and pump cover are divided from the back of the impeller, which is the so-called back door structure. The advantage is that the maintenance is convenient. During the maintenance, the pump body, the suction pipeline, the discharge pipeline and the motor are not moved. Simply remove the intermediate coupling of the extended coupling, and the rotor part can be withdrawn for maintenance.

3. The casing of the pump (ie the pump body and the pump cover) constitutes the working room of the pump. Impellers, shafts, and rolling bearings are the rotors of the pump. Suspension bearing components support the rotor portion of the pump, and rolling bearings receive radial and axial forces from the pump.

4. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps have seal rings on the front and rear of the impeller, and there are balance holes in the rear cover of the impeller. Due to the low axial force of some pumps, there is no seal on the back of the impeller Rings and balance holes.
