2.1 The main components of IH type chemical pump include pump body, impeller, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts and suspension components.
The structural feature of the pump is that the pump cover is fixed to the intermediate bracket through the stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle by the connection of the pump body and the intermediate bracket mouth. The pump body is axially sucked, radially discharged, and supported by the foot, and can be directly fixed to the base. The suspension member is fixed to the intermediate bracket by a stop and supported by the suspension on the base. During the inspection, the inlet and outlet connecting pipes and the pump body can be removed for maintenance.
The shaft seal has various forms such as packing and mechanical seal, which can be selected according to the nature of the conveying medium and the requirements of the production process.
