The mining water treatment pump is the core equipment for industrial fluid transportation. With its unique design and working principle, it can achieve efficient transportation of high-concentration slurry.

When the mining water treatment pump is working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, generating centrifugal force, expelling the air inside the pump chamber to form a vacuum area. The slurry enters the pump chamber through the suction pipe under the action of atmospheric pressure; the slurry entering the pump chamber of the mining water treatment pump obtains kinetic energy and pressure energy under the impeller blades, and is thrown out from the impeller outlet at high speed. After being collected and guided by the volute, it is transported to the designated location along the discharge pipe.

Common mining water treatment pump models include 6x4E- MAH and 200MZJ-75. The

former is suitable for medium and low flow conditions, and the latter has a flow rate of 335-900m³/h and a maximum head of 102.9m. The mining water treatment pump adopts a double-layer shell structure, the inner layer is made of wear-resistant materials such as high chromium alloy and rubber, and the impeller, sheath and other wearing parts support quick replacement.
