Electric horizontal slurry pump

A range of replaceable wear liners are available in 27% chrome white iron, rubber or urethane to suit the requirements of specific applications and slurry types.

The impeller features pumpout vanes on the rear face to prevent recirculation. An external impeller adjustment bolt is located under the bearing assembly and is easily accessible.

Packing seal or mechanical seal

Electric horizontal slurry pump are fitted with an expeller as standard which reduces seal face pressure and reduces recirculation to extend seal life and reduce impeller wear.

Application

Electric horizontal slurry pump are using for handing strong abrasive, high density slurries and low density, high head slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc.

For example: Coal washery processing, handling with the fine ore and tailings in metal mine, handing combined bottom and fly ash in a thermal power station.

It is suitable for metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other industries.

2. The pump body and pump cover can be reused by replacing the wearing parts (volute), which saves costs.

3. Bearing body: It adopts a cylindrical structure, and the axial position of the rotor part can be easily adjusted through the thread, so that the water pump can run safely and efficiently.

4. Lubrication: The bearing adopts grease lubrication, compact structure, clean and hygienic.

5. Sealing form: Packing seal or expeller seal is adopted, and mechanical seal can also be adopted according to user requirements.

6. Discharge outlet position: It can be installed in 8 different positions at 45° intervals according to needs.
