1. The ZX self-priming pump of this series adopts high-quality calcium base grease and No. 10 oil for lubrication according to the working condition of the pump. If the pump adopts grease lubrication, it should fill the bearing box with grease regularly. If the oil level of the pump is insufficient, it should be filled fully.
2. Check whether the liquid storage in the pump housing is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If it is insufficient, inject liquid storage directly into the pump body from the filling port on the pump housing. Do not start the operation when the liquid storage is insufficient, or it will not work normally and damage the mechanical seal easily.
3. Check whether the rotating parts of the pump are jammed and bumped.
4. Check whether the nuts at the foot of pump body and all joints are loose.
5. Check the coaxiality and parallelism of pump shaft and motor main shaft.
6. Check whether there is air leakage in the inlet pipeline. If there is air leakage, try to eliminate it.
7. Open the valve of the suction line and slightly (not fully) open the outlet control valve.
