Description
1. IHF series corrosion resistant fluoroplastic chemical pump : plastics-lined pump is single-stage single-priming chemical centrifugal pump which is combined with international standard and working process of nonmetallic pump.
2. The material of pump body, pump cover, impeller and flow parts is F46 lined A3 steel, for axle seal, it adopts advanced bellows mechanical seal, featuring corrosion resistance, non aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, rational structure, reliable seal, convenient maintenance and long service life.
3. Widely applied in the fields of chemical, pharmacy, petroleum, metallurgical, pickling, electroplating, dyeing and pesticide to convey sulfur acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, alkali, oxidant, organic solvent under - 20 ℃~+ 100℃.
4. It is a energy -saving novel substitute for FSB type fluorine pump and type chemical centrifugal pump, enjoying good interchangeability with IH type chemical centrifugal pump.
5. In accordance with different media conveyed, the material of flow parts can be perfluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer ( F46 ) and polyvinylidene fluoride ( PVDF ).
