Single Stage Stainless Steel Chemical Pump

General Information:

IH single stage single suction cantilever chemical centrifugal pump adopts international standard ISO2858-1975(e) as its mark, rating performance and size, and has the characteristics of wide performance range, high efficiency, and convenient maintenance. Its efficiency is 5% higher than F type pump on average. It is used for conveying liquids without solid particles which are corrosive and viscosity similar to water. IH stainless steel chemical pumps transport medium temperature at -20 °C ~ 105 °C, double-sided mechanical sealed cooling device will be used if necessary, which can transport medium temperature at 20 °C ~ + 280 °C.

Application:

The single stage stainless steel chemical pump is applicable to chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, paper, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, waste water treatment and synthetic fiber and other industries.

Structurial Characteristics of Chemical Pump:

The pump cover is fixed on the middle bracket, and it is clamped in the middle through the connection of the pump body and the slot of the middle bracket. Pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot supported type, can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension components are fixed on the middle bracket through the slot and are supported on the base via the suspension bracket. For the convenience of disassembly, the extended coupling is designed. The inlet and outlet connecting pipe, pump body and motor can be not disassembled during overhaul. Simply remove the connection parts of coupling, the rotor components can be removed out for maintenance. This is an international common structural form.

Type of Pump Seal:

• stuffing seal: A stuffing box is arranged in the pump cover. A soft stuffing box is used to seal the stuffing box. Water with a certain pressure can be fed into the stuffing box for sealing, cooling, lubricating and cleaning.

• Mechanical Seal: single-end Mechanical Seal and double-end mechanical seal, a certain pressure of water in the mechanical chamber, which can rinse and rub the two end face, meanwhile it can be cooling.

The pump shall be a packing seal or a mechanical seal, to be applied the user's required, while other structure shaft seal types suitable for the size of the seal cavity specified in ISO 3069 are permitted, such as bellows mechanical seal and expeller seal and so on.
