Pump introduction

SS sump feature a rugged construction using the highest quality material to ensure reliable performance and excellent service life. The high quality electric motors incorporate multiple protection features to detect the ingress of water or excessive temperatures to shut off the pump and prevent damage.

Pump Specification

Pumps are available from 80-400mm discharge and are capable of flow rates from 23-2400m3/h, head up to 64 meters, pump can transfer the solid with max 60mm size

Product feature

1.High productivity--Our pumps are designed to pump fluids containing a high percentage of solids(maximum weight concentration of the ash can reach 45% and maximum weight concentration of the slag can reach 60%).

2.So long service life--Wear parts of agitator pump are all constructed with abrasion resistant materials - hard chromium alloy, so pumps have better stability & longer service life.

3.Various protective--The motor adopts various protective such as overheat protection, water -inlet detecting projection, and can be operated safely for a long term in challenging working conditions.

4. Mechanical seal--Unique mechanical seal device can prevent the electric motor from high pressure water and impurities, thus high suction efficiency can be ensured.

 Slurry Agitator Pumps are available with flotation devices and a variety of options, including electric hoist, traversing winch, floating discharge piping, control panels, and high-pressured jet ring (for additional agitation).
