1. The suction and discharge ports of the multi-stage pump are vertically upward, and the axial force of the rotor is balanced by a balance disk. The shaft seal can be a packing seal or a mechanical seal. Only DG85-80, DG85-67, DG155-67 are supported by the rotor with sliding bearings and thin oil lubrication. Other pumps use rolling bearings.

Material of main parts: Except for DG85-80 and 200DG43, which are made of cast steel, the pumps are made of cast iron.

2. The impeller is made of cast iron, with blades inside, and the liquid enters on one side in the axial direction. Due to the unequal pressure of the impeller, there must be an axial force. This axial force is borne by the balance disk. The impeller is statically balanced during manufacture. test.
3. The sealing ring is made of cast iron to prevent the high-pressure water in the pump from leaking back into the water inlet. It is fixed in the water inlet section and the middle section respectively. It is a wearing part and can be replaced after wearing.
4. The shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, with an impeller in the middle, and it is fixed on the shaft with a key, a sleeve and a sleeve nut. A coupling part is installed at one end of the shaft, and is directly connected to the motor. When viewed from the direction of rotation, the pump shaft rotates in the forward direction.
5. The balance plate is made of wear-resistant cast iron, mounted on the shaft, located between the water outlet section and the tail cover, to balance the axial force.
6. The bearings are single-row radial ball bearings, which are lubricated with calcium-based grease.
7. The shaft sleeve is made of cast iron and is located at the two stuffing chambers for fixing the impeller and protecting the pump shaft. As wearing parts, they can be replaced after replacement.
8. The balance ring is made of cast iron and is fixed on the water outlet section. It forms a balance device with the balance plate.
