460m3/h 30M Stainless Seel Centrifugal Pump can pump 80℃ water. We use a 75kw explosion-proof motor. The explosion-proof motor complies with the EXDIIBT4 standard and is ATEX certified, suitable for flammable and explosive environments; the mechanical seal adopts a combination of silicon carbide + fluororubber to ensure zero leakage at high temperatures. All materials have passed spectral testing, and a furnace number traceability report is provided to ensure supply chain transparency.

The material is all stainless steel 304. We can also make SS316, but the price will be more expensive than 304. 
Usually when the water temperature is below 80℃, cast iron is enough. We will recommend different solutions based on the medium temperature provided by the customer. However, under high temperature conditions, stainless steel can avoid oxidation corrosion and extend the life of the equipment.
