Sometimes, we receive inquiry that could not confirm a suitbale slurry pump like:
1. Some users call for consultation and tell us that they want to choose a 30kW pump. We don't know the working condition of the user, so we can't select and calculate the slurry pump;
2. I want to buy a slurry pump with a lift of 30m;
3. I want to buy a slurry pump with a flow rate of 100 m3 / h;
I would like to buy it......
The above inquiries are all problematic, not our technical problems, but the user's requirements are not clear
1. Slurry pump is different from other types of pumps, the same motor power can match a variety of pump types, so there are different head flow;
2. There are many kinds of pumps with a lift of 30 m, and the flow difference is huge;
3. There are also many kinds of slurry pumps with a flow rate of 100 m3 / h, and the head may vary greatly.
1. Necessary parameters: lift, flow and industry, which are the parameters that must be known for model selection and the basic conditions for model selection calculation of slurry pump;
2. In addition to the above parameters, if there are: slurry concentration, pipeline, pH value, even altitude, natural temperature, slurry temperature, etc., better slurry pump can be selected accurately.
Generally speaking, as long as the user provides the head and flow parameters, our engineers can select the appropriate slurry pump model for you according to the rich practical application, but we must remember that the head and flow are necessary parameters.
