Vibration isolation measures of self priming pump
When installing a new self-priming pump, vibration isolation measures and foundation must be done well. Some users, for the convenience of drawing when installing the self-priming pump, after unpacking, saw that the self-priming pump of our company was fixed on two wooden strips, and directly put the pump on the ground to install the inlet and outlet pipeline and put it into use. As a result, the vibration and noise of the pump were found not long after use, so they blamed the pump manufacturer The quality of the pump is poor. We must pay attention to this situation. This phenomenon is not caused by the quality of the pump, but by the installation error. When installing the new self-priming pump, the foundation must be flat, and a whole piece of vibration isolation pad should be placed. Then, the pump should be fixed on the foundation. The anchor bolt can be fixed on the foundation with expansion bolt, large pump or reinforced concrete foundation, if it is not fixed by vibration isolation When the pump runs, the vibration will increase for a long time. The hexagonal rubber block of the pump with coupling will wear and damage quickly, and the coupling will be broken, and the vibration will increase and make a harsh sound.
The vibration isolation method of self-priming pump is as follows:
The vibration isolation elements should be arranged symmetrically according to the central axis of the self-priming pump unit. The plane layout of rubber vibration isolation pad can be arranged clockwise or anticlockwise.
When the vibration isolation elements of the unit adopt six supporting points, four of them are arranged at the four corners of the inert block or steel frame, and the other two should be set on the long side line, and their positions should be adjusted to make the compression deformation of the vibration isolation elements as consistent as possible.
In general, there is no need to bond or fix the rubber vibration isolation pad and damping spring vibration isolator with the ground, or with the inert block or steel frame when installing rubber vibration isolation pad or damping spring vibration isolator.
When rubber vibration isolator is used in vibration isolation installation of unsealed self-priming pump unit, steel frame should be set under the base of water pump unit, and anchor type installation should be adopted; bolt (with spring washer) should be used to fix the steel frame and rubber vibration isolator. Anchor bolts are set in the ground or floor, and rubber vibration isolators are fixed on the ground or floor through the anchor bolts.
The side line of rubber vibration isolation pad shall not exceed the side line of inert block; the bearing area of steel frame shall not be less than that of the top of vibration isolation element.
If the frequency ratio can not meet the requirements, multi-layer series arrangement can be adopted, but the number of layers should not be more than five. The model, number, area and rubber hardness of rubber vibration isolation pads in series should be identical.
