No effluent
1.1 Reason
①The inlet and outlet valves are not opened, the inlet and outlet pipelines are blocked, and the runner impeller is blocked.
② The running direction of the motor is not correct, and the speed of the motor with phase loss is very slow.
③ The suction pipe leaks.
④ The pump is not filled with liquid. There is air in the pump chamber.
⑤ The inlet water supply is insufficient, the suction head is too high, and the bottom valve is leaking.
⑥ The pipeline resistance is too large, and the pump selection is improper.
1.2 Methods
① Check and remove the blockage.
② Adjust the motor direction and fasten the motor wiring.
③ Tighten all sealing surfaces to eliminate air leakage.
④ Fill the liquid and open the exhaust valve to exhaust the air.
⑤ Shut down, check and adjust (this phenomenon is easy to occur when the water pipe is connected to the grid or used with suction head).

2. Insufficient flow
