The installation and disassembling of vertical mud pump
The installation sequence of vertical mud pump is as follows:
1) Check all parts to see if there is any defect. Apply a thin layer of butter on both sides of all paper pads.
2) The framework oil seal must be filled with grease and put into the pump seat, then install the bearing, and add 2 / 3 grease into the bearing.
3) Install the 0-ring seal in the shaft sleeve and apply grease.
4) Install the bearing cover on the motor base, install the bearing and add 2 / 3 grease; put on the paper pad and oil baffle ring, install the shaft and support Jane and fix them with screws.
5) Put on the paper pad, install the pump base, shaft sleeve, key and impeller, tighten the impeller nut, and put on the flat assembly parts.
6) Knock the pump shaft with a wooden hammer or aluminum hammer to make the shaft shoulder against the bearing. Remove the bearing cover and align it with paper pad. Install the bearing cover to make the axial movement greater than 0.5mm, and use a finger to move the impeller to make it rotate flexibly.
7) Put on the paper pad, install the pump housing, fix it with screws and install the filter screen. Then use your fingers to move the impeller and rotate flexibly to erect the assembly.
8) Install the key and driven coupling on the pump shaft, install the key and driving coupling on the motor shaft, and then fix the motor and motor base with bolts. After installation, the axial clearance between the driving coupling and the driven coupling shall be 1 ~ 1.5mm. So far, the mud pump installation is completed.
The disassembly sequence of vertical mud pump is as follows:
1) Remove the motor or fixing plate and water outlet pipe.
2) Remove the volute and impeller nut, gently pry the back of the impeller, and remove the impeller key.
3) Remove the driven half coupling, then the key, and then the motor base to separate it from the supporting cylinder.
4) Remove the bolts between the pump base and the supporting cylinder to separate them.
5) Remove the sleeve and bearing from the shaft.
In the process of disassembling and installing the vertical mud pump, it is strictly prohibited to knock the fitting surface directly with a hammer or the like, so as to avoid damaging the fitting accuracy, reducing the assembly quality and the performance of the whole machine.
