The quipment can be divided into Exd, Exme, Exia, Exn, positive pressure type, oil charge type, sand-filled type, and special type according to the different explosion-proof mechanism. The
corresponding explosion-proof signs are d, e , ia and ib, p, o, q, n, s. Among the 0, 1, and 2 levels of explosion-hazardous locations, the motors in the 1 level location are Exd , and the motors in the 2 level are Exd or Exme.
There are two types of explosion-proof products, type I-for coal mines, type II-for factories and oil depots.
The explosive gas is divided into three categories: A, B, and C according to the MESC and the MICR. Gasoline,kerosene, and diesel are belong to Class A. However, most of them are use Class B to enhance safety.
According to the z high surface temperature of the explosion-proof products, the explosion-proof products are divided into 6 groups: T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, and the temperature is gradually reduced from 450 ℃ to 85 ℃ and T1 to T6. The more the group higher, the higher the safety level of the product. Gasoline, kerosene, and diesel are belong to the T3 group. Most of them use the T4 group to enhance safety.
