1. What is the submersible water pump

A submersible water pump is used to transfer sewage liquids and solids from one place to another. A sewage pump is installed at the lowest point of the sewage basin. Since the pump is submerged most of the time, it is aslo referred to as a submersible sewage pump. The pump is driven by waterproof motor. The pump is centrifugal pump with special design of the impeller to enable solids pass without clogging. When the pump is turned on, the motor starts to rotate the impeller, creating the pressure that pushes water into the impeller and goes into the discharge pipe.

Flow rate: up to 4000m3/h

Head:       up to 60meters

Material: cast iron or stainless steel

Soild size: 140milimeters, volume ration of solid in the medium below 2%

3. Submersible water pump structure

• Bearing: Imported SKF or NTN bearing with a reasonable configuration, can extend the duration of the pump.

• Cooling: The cooling system can have the pump normally work whether the motor is on or under the liquid surface. A part of liquid is extracted to bring out the pump.

• Motor: F class insulation and max.working temperature 155 degree and a protective grade IPX8 with the effective seal.

• Mechanical seal: the pump has two ways of mechanical seal in series with each other and individually work to separate the motor from the pump seal to provide the motor with a dual protection.
