1. Before the submersible slurry pump starts, the rotor of the rotating pump should be smooth and even, the outlet gate valve should be closed, and water should be poured into the pump. It is necessary to ensure that the pump is filled with water and no air is stored. If the pump is equipped with a vacuum gauge or pressure gauge, it is necessary to close the cock connected with the submersible slurry pump and start the motor, and then open it after the speed is normal, and then gradually open the outlet gate valve, such as the flow is too large, the small gate valve can be properly closed for conditioning, or the flow is too small, the gate valve is opened.
2, evenly tighten the compression nut on the packing gland, so that the liquid leaks out in a drop shape, and pay attention to the temperature rise outside the packing chamber; When the submersible slurry pump operation is suspended, the plug of the vacuum gauge and pressure gauge and the gate valve on the outlet pipe should be closed first, and then the power supply of the motor should be cut off. If the temperature of the environment is low, the square plug of the lower part of the pump body should be opened to remove the remaining water and prevent freezing crack.
3, in the process of operation, the bearing temperature should not exceed 75 degrees, the number of calcium-based butter used in lubricating oil bearings, to the ancient bearing body space 1/3-1/2 is appropriate, the packing can be properly pressed when wearing the packing cap, if too much wear should be replaced.
