Slurry pump is a kind of pump used for transferring the liquid with slurry. 

 It is single stage single suction centrifugal pump.

Slurry pump is suitable for transportation abrasive solid-liquid mixture of high concentration.

The media temperature is no more than 80℃, weight concentration up to 60%.

Structure Features:

I. Frame:

MAH (R) slurry pump is barred bearing assembly type, grease lubrication and inch bearing.

II. Pump Casing:

1. Double casing structure, inner is wear-resistant, outer is pressure-bearing. Inner material is often wear-resistant material, outer material is often cast iron.

2. Axial direction can adjust the impeller gap.

3. Thread connections of impeller: ensure reliable operation, avoiding water hammer and impeller falling off.

4. Hydraulic design feature: according to two-dimensional theory, the wet-parts designed as the principle of the minimum energy loss, their shape can meet the liquid flowing status, which can reduce the abrasion of wet parts, increase hydraulic efficiency and reduce the noise and vibration.

The throat bush and frame plate liner insert are built together for model 4/3MAHR and smaller type as well as back plate and back plate liner.
