MAHR series horizontal slurry pump can be used for transfer silica sand with particals. 

The maximum pump capacity can reach 3000m³ per hour. 

The MAHR slurry pump configuration: 

Wet Parts: Ultra chrome alloy, rubber, polyurethane, ceramic...etc. 

Pump casing: HT250, QT500, Stainless Steel, Chrome etc. 

Packing seal: Mechanical seal, packing seal, expeller seal. 

Bearing: SKF, NSK, Timken 

Base: Mild steel 

Volute Liners - Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing  for  positive attachment and east of maintenance.  Material: Hard Metal(KmTBCr26) & Rubber.

Impeller - Pump out vanes on both  shrouds reduces  recirculation and  seal  pressure. Material: Hard Metal(KmTBCr26) & Rubber.

Seals - Centrifugal Seal(Expeller) – An expeller used in conjunction with a packed stuffing  box is described as a  centrifugal seal.  

Stuffing Box – flushed gland sealing with braided packing and a lantern ring  

Mechanical Seals-A rigid shaft and bearing arrangement is crucial for successful  operation.  

Bearing Assembly - High rigidity shaft to handle heavy duty work condition;  

Cartridge bearing assembly jointed with base by bolts; Grease Lube bearings fitted in sealed bearing housing, the two labyrinth on both ends prevent the grease from contamination.
