Structural features

   This type of pump is a single-shell, single-suction, multi-stage, segment-type centrifugal pump structure. The inlet level of the pump and the vertical upward direction of the outlet are as follows:

   1. Stator part

   Mainly consists of the front section, the middle section, the guide vane, the rear section, the bearing frame and the balance chamber cover. The parts are integrated with the wear bar and the nut, and the front and rear sections are fixed on the pump base with bolts and nuts.

   2. Rotor parts

   Mainly by the impeller, the impeller retaining sleeve, the balance retaining sleeve, the balance disc and the bushing parts are tightened with a small round nut, fixed on the shaft with a flat key anti-rotation. The entire rotor is supported on bearings at both ends. The rotor is directly coupled to the motor by an elastic pin coupling.

   In order to compensate for the expansion, a toothed pad is placed between the last stage and the balance sleeve, and the part should be replaced during the inspection of the pump.

   3. Balance mechanism

   The pump adopts a balance disc hydraulic balance device capable of fully and automatically balancing the axial force. The device consists of four parts: a balance plate, a balance disc, a balance sleeve and a balance cover.
