Methods of Slurry Pump Maintenance
Adjust usually the tightness of the packing and have bearing water pressure and water volume standards according to regulations to avoid the leakage of slurry pump shaft seal.
Change the slurry pump sleeve timely. The bearing should be clean when it is replaced.
The temperature of the bearing should be 60-65℃ when the pump is in operation.
Ensure that the elastic pad in the slurry pump coupling is installed correctly and the coaxiality of pump and motor.
Ensure the installation of slurry pump assembly and piping system is correct and firm.
Pay attention to the wear parts of slurry pump and maintain or replace them in time.
