How to maintain the flow and head steadily of the self-priming pump
1.The bottom valve is installed in the inlet of the self-priming pump, It is recommended to select the appropriate bottom valve if it can not suck normally
2.The length of the inlet pipe is too long to exceed the self-priming capacity of the self-priming pump. It is recommended to shorten the length of the pipe in the water and reduce the pipe length that in the water .
3.A ball valve and pressure gauge shall be installed between at the ball valve and outlet of the self-priming pump,so as to observe the outlet pressure and check whether the water has been sucked up.
4.The selection model of self-priming pump is wrong. The head of the self-priming pump can not meet the needs of the actual working condition,so the only solution is replace it with the high head self-priming pump.
5.The head of the self-priming pump can not reach the standard due to the blockage of the pipeline or pump body . In this condition, the self-priming sewage pump is more suitable .
6.The impeller of the self-priming pump is seriously corroded by the corrosive liquid. It is recommended to select corrosion-resistant self-priming pump products, such as stainless steel self-priming pump or fluoroplastic self-priming pump. The impeller of the self-priming pump is worn after a long time of use. There are a gap between the impeller and the pump cover and the head of the self-priming pump can not be reached. It is recommended to replace the new self-priming pump impeller.

8. The method to stabilize flow: It must be filled with the pump casing when first use the pump with water, and the inlet pipe must be absolutely sealed. It is not stability until the air is discharged.
