1 Selection of pipeline centrifugal pumps
The selection of piping centrifugal pumps shall comply with the following points:
1.1 Use of pipeline centrifugal pumps
For the pressure tank water supply, select the pipeline centrifugal pump with small flow and high lift; for the water tower water supply, according to the size and head of the water tower, you can choose medium-flow pipeline centrifugal pump; for farm irrigation, in the case of suitable lift As far as possible, choose large-flow centrifugal pumps.
1.2 Conditions of use
Before selecting the type, we must first understand the basic conditions of the well, such as the diameter of the well, the possible amount of water, sediment content, etc., according to the understanding of the situation to select the appropriate electric pump specifications. Special attention should be paid to the water pump as a clean water pump. It is not possible to pump mixed water with a large amount of sediment. It cannot be used for Amoy new wells. Otherwise, the water pump will be worn out. Burn out the motor.
1.3 Reasonable selection of accessories
When purchasing the matching parts of the pipeline centrifugal pump, such as cables, protection switches, and lifting pipes. Manufacturers should choose the regular products to avoid leaving hidden dangers for future use.
2 Correct use of pipeline centrifugal pumps
2.1 Well Submersible Pump Installation
Before installation, read the instruction manual carefully and follow the prescribed procedures and requirements.
At the same time, also pay attention to the following points:
(1) Cable connector
Cable joints, should be used with the pump attached to the high pressure adhesive tape or regular manufacturers products, according to the instructions described in the manual dressing. In the actual work, many tapes leak due to poor insulation performance, causing the cable connector to fail, resulting in the pump can not function properly.
(2) Installation head
Pipeline centrifugal pumps should be installed in strict accordance with the prescribed lift to prevent low lift heads and excess flow from overloading the motor, shortening the service life, and even burning the motor. It is understood that some users buy high-lift pumps that are higher than the installation head when they purchase electric pumps. This will overload the motor, increase the current, and reduce the life of the motor.
(3) Installation depth
When installing a pipeline centrifugal pump, it should be based on the flow of sand and mud. Determine the installation depth of the electric pump. Do not bury the electric pump in the sludge to prevent the motor from dissipating heat or the sand entering the inner cavity of the motor to damage the bearing and burn the motor. Generally, the distance from the base of the pump to the bottom of the well should not be less than 3 m.
