Sludge Sand Pump Introduction:
Type MAH(R) slurry mud pump is cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal pumps, outlet from 25mm to 450mm. They are also named as heavy slurry pump because of bear-abrasive parts and heavy base.
MAH(R) horizontal sludge sand pump is suitable for transportation abrasive solid-liquid mixture of high concentration. The media temperature is no more than 80℃,weight concentration up to 60%. The slurry pumps are widely applied in the industries of mining, coal mining, metallurgy and construction.

Horizontal Sludge Sand Pump Feature:

I. Frame:
MAH (R) slurry pump is barred bearing assembly type, grease lubrication and inch bearing.

II. Pump Casing:
Double casing structure, inner is wear-resistancing, outter is pressure-bearing. Inner material is often wear-resistancing material, outter material is often cast iron.
Axial direction can adjust the impeller gap.
Thread connections of impeller: ensure reliable operation, avoiding water hammer and impeller falling off.
Hydraulic design feature: according to two-dimensional theory, the wet-parts designed as the principle of the minmum energy loss, their shape can meet the liquid flowing status, which can reduce the abrasion of wet parts, increase hydraulic efficiency and reduce the noise and vibration.
