General Installation Methods of Submersible Sewage Pump
Submersible sewage pump adopts anti-blocking design, used in municipal engineering, building construction, industrial sewage and sewage treatment . And it is used to discharge sewage, waste water and rainwater that contain solids and macrofiber.
There are two general installation methods of submersible sewage pump, the first is Auto-coupled installation, the second is Movable pipe installation.
Auto-coupled installation is a way to connect the pump with the pipeline through the coupler, the pump and the outlet pipeline is convenient to separate, the pump maintenance can be lifted by the lifting device. The way is suitable for all kinds of submersible pumps and is the most commonly used installation method of submersible pumps.
Movable pipe installation refers to the pump outlet pipeline is directly connected to the water surface through a hose, submersible pump is placed at the bottom of the pool by self-weight or hung on the lifting device through an iron chain. The way without coupler and fixed pool bottom, easy to move, maintenance can be lifted together with the pipeline. At the same time, due to the reason of the installation way, it is difficult to bear large torque, and is only suitable for small submersible sewage pump.
