Design Features:

• IS series single-stage end-suction centrifugal pumps are designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard ISO2858, and are composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve and suspension bearing group.

•The pump body and pump cover are separated from the back of the impeller, that is, the general back-opening structure.

• The pump casing (ie pump body and pump cover) forms the working chamber of the pump. The impeller, shaft and rolling bearings are the rotors of the pump. The floating bearing unit supports the rotor in the pump. Rolling bearings withstand radial loads and axial forces

• Axial sealing ring consists of packing gland, packing ring and packing, which can avoid air intake or serious water leakage.

• To avoid shaft wear, the shaft is shrouded where it passes through the packing chamber. An O-ring fits between the sleeve and shaft to prevent air ingress or water leakage along mating surfaces.

• The pump is connected to the motor by a telescoping flexible coupling. Seen from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
