Pump description

Slurry pump is a kind of pump used for transferring the liquid with slurry.  

It is single stage single suction centrifugal pump. 

Slurry pump is suitable for transportation abrasive solid-liquid mixture of high concentration. 

The media temperature is no more than 80℃, weight concentration up to 60%.

As the special working situation, the material of slurry pump must be special. The material of slurry pump includes wear-resistance material and common material. The wear-resistance material is the key point for the pump, that is the material for end parts. The common material is often used for the non end-parts, including frame, pump casing, and couplings, ect.  

Abrasion-resistance metal material refers to abrasion-resistance white cast iron, its rigidity is much high. It can be sorted as: common white cast iron (no alloy elements), low white cast iron ( alloy elements ω＜3%), medium white cast iron (alloy elements ω=3%-10%), high white cast iron (alloy elements ω＞10%).

Non-metal material is natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
