4. Operation and maintenance of centrifugal pump during operation
When the centrifugal pump is in normal operation, the pump driver shall carefully inspect the following contents:
1) Check the outlet pressure, flow, current, etc. of the pump without overload operation, and accurately record the current, pressure and other parameters.
2) Listen to the sound, distinguish the running sound of pump and motor, and judge whether there is any abnormality.
3) Check the vibration of the pump, motor and pump seat. If the vibration is serious, change the pump for inspection.
4) Check the temperature of the motor shell and the bearing box of the pump. The temperature of the bearing box shall not exceed 65 ℃, and the temperature of the motor shall not exceed 95 ℃.
5) Ensure the normal quality of lubricating oil and the level of lubricating oil tank. The liquid level of the lubricating oil tank shall be subject to the scale when there is a scale; the oil level shall be kept between 1 / 3 and 1 / 2 when there is a sight glass (oil mark) but no scale line; when the oil level is normal, the leakage of the lubricating oil shall not be more than 5 drops / min, and the pressure shall be filled according to the instructions of the machine.
6) Check the pump seal and flange, plug, cooling water, sealing oil joints for leakage.
7) Check the standby condition of the standby pump and turn it once a day.
5. Switching operation of centrifugal pump
In order to ensure that the flow, pressure and other parameters are basically unchanged without fluctuation when switching the pump, it is better to operate two people at the same time.
1) Make preparations before starting the pump.
2) One person starts the standby pump first, and slowly opens the outlet valve after the centrifugal pump operates normally and stably. At this time, with the opening of the pump outlet valve, the pressure of the pump outlet valve drops slightly, but the motor current increases. At the same time, the other person slowly closes the outlet valve to stop the pump. When the flow of the pump to be operated is large enough, completely closes the outlet valve to stop the pump, cuts off the power supply, and then works normally Stop the pump for treatment.
