The main reasons and elimination methods of insufficient flow in the operation of submersible pumps are as follows:
Higher installation height of the pump makes the not enough impeller's immersion depth, leading to the decrease of water output of the pump. The method is to control the allowable deviation of the installation elevation of the pump.
Before linking both pump and motor, make sure the motor moves in the correct direction and pump moves flexibly.
Check the valve and maintain the valve frequently.
Clean up the blockage of the pipeline and impeller,often salvage the debris in the reservoir.
Pumping liquid density or viscosity is too high, need to be equipped with a matching type of pump.
It is need to be equipped with a matching type of pump when the liquid density and viscosity of pumping is too high.
