The pump is suitable for the delivery of any liquid from dirty water to the most difficult slurry with high concentration of solids. SS pumps are the best choice for mining and dredging industry,submerged depth can be up to 35 meters.

Pump application

Our pump deliver tailing slurry for industrial and mining organizations, which can be used in different application:

Pump structure

1. Now Let’s look at the bottom of pump, there are many holes.  What will they be used?

As we all know, our pumps are designed to pump fluids containing a high percentage of solids. These holes can prevent large size solid outside, don’t allow them into the pump and protect our pump.

2. Look at this part of pump, they are wet parts including agitator, volute, impeller,wear plate, suction plate.

Wet parts are all constructed with abrasion resistant materials - hard chromium alloy, duplex steel, stainless steel, they are good quality material of wear resistant , so pumps have better stability & longer service life.

Our pumps adopt mechanical seal, this device can prevent the electric motor from high pressure water and impurities, make sure high suction efficiency.

3. These parts are oil chamber and electric motor. 

These part adopts various protective such as overheat protection, overload protection, water -inlet detecting projectionwhich can be operated safely for a long term in challenging working conditions.

4.How to drive the submersible slurry pump?

We have two types drive: hydraulic or electric motor.

The working voltage of motor we can supply: 380V,400V,440V,460V, frequency: 50Hz,60Hz, 

our motor are submersible type, with waterproof IP68, isolated class:F
