1. During installation, the weight of the pipeline shall not be added to the water pump, and there shall be respective supports to avoid deformation affecting the operation performance and service life.
2. The pump and motor are of integral structure, which need not be aligned during installation, so it is very convenient for installation.
3. The foundation bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on the pump performance during starting.
4. Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are hard objects (such as stones, iron particles, etc.) in the pump flow path that affect the operation of the water pump, so as to avoid damaging the impeller and the pump body during the operation of the water pump.
5. In order to facilitate maintenance and use safety, a regulating valve shall be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump and a pressure gauge shall be installed near the pump outlet to ensure the operation within the rated head and flow range, ensure the normal operation of the pump and increase the service life of the pump.
6. The pump shall be equipped with bottom valve when it is used in suction head, and the inlet pipeline shall not have too many bends, and there shall be no water and air leakage.
7. Discharge pipeline such as check valve shall be installed outside the gate valve.
8. After installation, move the pump shaft, and the impeller shall be free of friction sound or jamming. Otherwise, disassemble the pump to check the cause.
9. The installation mode of the pump is divided into hard connection and flexible connection.
1. When the unit is transported to the site, the water pump and motor have been calibrated by the person attached with the base, and it is not necessary to remove the water pump and motor when leveling the base, so the installation is very convenient;
2. Place the base on the foundation, and place wedge iron near the foundation screw, and place the base 20 ~ 40mm high for filling cement slurry after leveling;
3. Check the levelness of the base with a level meter, fill the base with cement slurry after leveling, and check the levelness again after the cement dries up;
4. When the power of the unit is large, in order to facilitate transportation, the pump, motor and base may be separately packed. At this time, the user is required to install and calibrate the pump unit by himself. The method is as follows:
A. remove the dirt on the supporting plane of the base, the plane of the water pump foot and the motor foot, and put the water pump and the motor on the base;
B adjust the pump shaft level, and fix the pump on the base with bolts after leveling to prevent moving;
C lift the motor, make the pump coupling and motor coupling cooperate, and lower the motor to the corresponding position on the base;
D. adjust the clearance between the two couplings to about 5mm, and correct whether the axis lines of the motor shaft and the pump shaft coincide. The method is to place the flat ruler on the coupling, and the outer circles of the two couplings should be flush with the flat ruler. If they do not coincide, adjust the relative position of the motor or pump, or pad them with thin iron sheets for adjustment;
E. in order to check the installation accuracy, the clearance between the two coupling planes shall be measured with feeler gauge at several different positions on the circumference of the coupling. The difference between the maximum and the minimum clearance on the coupling plane one week shall not exceed 0.3mm, and the difference between the center lines of the two ends or between the left and right shall not exceed 0.1mm.
5. When the unit does not have a base, it needs to be installed directly on the foundation. The method is similar to 4. But more attention should be paid to the correction.

1. Turn the fan blade of the motor by hand, and the impeller shall be free of jamming and grinding, and the rotation shall be flexible.
2. Open the inlet valve, open the vent valve to fill the whole pump cavity, and then close the vent valve.
3. Turn the pump by hand to make the lubricating liquid enter the mechanical seal face.
4. Jog the motor to determine whether the steering is correct.
1. Fully open the inlet valve and close the discharge pipeline valve.
2. Turn on the power supply. When the pump reaches the normal speed, gradually open the valve on the discharge pipeline and adjust it to the required working condition.
3. Pay attention to the reading of the instrument and check the leakage of the shaft seal. When it is normal, the mechanical seal leaks, < 3 drops / min. check the temperature rise at the motor and bearing ≤ = 70 ° C. If any abnormality is found, handle it in time.
1. Gradually close the discharge pipeline valve and cut off the power supply.
2. Close the inlet valve.
3. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ° C, the liquid in the pump shall be drained to avoid frost crack.
4. If it is out of service for a long time, the pump shall be disassembled, cleaned, packed and kept.
1. The water pipe must be highly sealed.
2. It is forbidden to operate the pump for a long time under cavitation condition.
3. It is forbidden to operate the motor over current for a long time when the pump is in flow operation.
4. Regularly check that when the pump is running, the motor is running for a long time with over current.
5. The pump shall be supervised by special personnel during operation to avoid accidents.
6. The bearing shall be oiled every 500 hours of pump operation. Motor power greater than 11kw is equipped with oil filling device, which can be directly injected with high-pressure oil gun to ensure excellent bearing lubrication.
7. After long-term operation of the pump, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, the pump shall be stopped for inspection, and vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced if necessary. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
1. Mechanical seal lubrication shall be clean and free of solid particles.
2. It is forbidden to work the mechanical seal under dry grinding.
3. Before starting, turn the pump (motor) several times to prevent the seal ring from breaking and damage due to sudden starting.
1. Check whether the pipeline and joint of centrifugal pump are loose. Turn the centrifugal pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
2. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
3. Screw out the water plug of the centrifugal pump body, and fill the water (or slurry).
4. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.
5. Jog the motor, and try to see whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.
6. Start the motor. When the centrifugal pump operates normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump
