Cast Iron Submersible Sewage Pump

WQ series submersible sewage pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. The motor is located on the upper part and is divided into single-phase and three-phase asynchronous motors. A double-end mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and an O-type oil-resistant rubber seal is used as a static seal at each fixed spigot seal. The mechanical seal of key parts is made of hard alloy and high-quality silicon carbide, and the shaft is made of #45 steel or stainless steel to ensure that the shaft has reliable mechanical strength and certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Conditions of use:

1.The medium temperature should not be over 40 C, the density 1200Kg/m , and the PH value within 5-9.

2.During running, the pump must not be lower than the lowest

liquid level, see " lowest liquid level" in the drawing of installation dimensions(covering the automatic cooling system), means lowest liquid level without no automatic coo-ling system.

3.Rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz. The motor can run successfully only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over 5%.

4.The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

Purpose:

WQ series submersible sewage pump is a type of sewage pump used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage projects. The submersible sewage pump is a horizontal centrifugal sewage pump. It is suitable for pumping liquid containing solid particles in liquid containing suspended solids. For example, when sewage contains sand, mud and other sundries, it can effectively pass solid particles whose diameter is about 50% of the pump diameter. Because there is a certain gap between the impeller and the stator of this kind of water pump (generally 0.1-0.3mm), it has good flow capacity and anti-cavitation performance, and is suitable for conveying dirty and impurity-rich media.
