general information

multistage pump is multistage suction centrifugal pump, it have 4 types, which can deliver heat water, oil, corrosive or wearable medium by changing the material, seal or adding cooling system.

Structure feature

1. Stator

   The main parts are suction casing, stage casing, discharge casing and diffuser, they are screw up by poles to become a working house.

   The suction direction of D type is horizontal, the discharge direction is upward.

   The discharge and suction direction of DG type are both upward,

   The discharge of DM. DF, DY pump are upward, the suction direction is horizontal usually

2. Rotor

   It consists of shaft, impeller, balance disc and shaft sleeve etc.

   Shaft supplied power to impeller, the axial force is balanced by balance disc. The sleeve mounted on shaft to protect shaft.

3. bearing part

   It consist of bearing body, bearing, bearing cover etc.

   The bearing of type 85-67,155-67,600-60 pump is sliding bearing, lubricated by diluted oil

   Other bearings are rolling bearing, lubricated by grease

4. shaft seal

   it ususally adopted soft packing seal, consist of sealing house on suction casing, packing, blocking water ring.  the sealing house have some pressure water to cool and lubricate

1. how many type of multistage water pump do you have?

      We have four types of multistage water pump: D,DG,DM,DY

 2. what is the different of four type water pump?

   D type: deliver water without solid particle or the liquid similar water, the temperature is less than 80 centigrade

   DG type: deliver clean water without solid particle, the temperature is less than 105 centigrade

   DM type: deliver neuter mineral water or other similar sewage, the temperature is less than 80 centigrade

   DY type: deliver oil or oil products without solid grain, viscosity is less than 120ct, the temperature is -20-150    centigrade

3. how many stage of multistage pump  can you produce?

  we can produce 12 stages max

4. what material  is multistage pump ?

 when the head of one stage is 70-80 meters, the temperature is more than 120 centigrade, cast steel  is best.

 when the head of one stage is less than 70 meters, the temperature is more than 100 centigrade, cast iron is best.

5. what is delivery time of multistage pump?

 Usually we can make the delivery with 15 working days, if urgent, we will make the shipment soon.
