Question1: how to proect the motor for submersible slurry pump?

Motor protection we adopt as below:

1) motor temperature sensors

temperature sensors are located in the motor stator to detect excessive temperatures and can shut down the motor to prevent damage due to overheating

2) motor float switch

a float switch is located in the bottom of the motor to detect the ingress of water and shut down the motor to prevent damage due to shorting out.

3) thrust bearing sensors

temperature sensors are located in the motor thrust bearings to detect excessive temperatures and the ingress of water and shut down the motor to prevent bearing failure

· Question 2 what is the lengthe of power and singal cables?

at least 10 meters

· Question 3 how to cooling: internal for work in dry charmer and wet chamber

Cooling: external cooling, cooling jackets can be provided with extenal water supply in high temperature applications to keep motor temperature down and prevent excessive stato and bearing damage, enclosed please check the pictures
